Product Availability (产品供应)
We cannot guarantee the product availability even after the order is placed. This is due to our supplier practice
first come first serve policy. Our best practice is to refund the amount
to the customer in the event that your purchased items cannot be fulfilled.
我们不能确保能够供应你所有订购的产品。这是因为我们的供应商效法先到先得的销售政策，
并且不能预先通知我们缺货的问题。所以如果您的产品不能实现，我们将全银奉还。
Images and Actual Products （图像与真实货品之差）
Please note that actual items might slightly differ from the images provided due to different computer's resolution. Additionally the color mixture, material used duing the
manufacturing process might also resulted a different built compared to the photo published on our website. All photo published on our website are ONLY FOR REFERENCE purposes.
请注意，由于电脑各有不同的荧幕分解，加上生产方面的调色和质料的配搭，您所收到的产品均可能与图片有所差别。我们网上的图片只供参考。
Pre-order（预购）
4 to 6 weeks from the nearest order closing date and subject to the courier arrangement. Order Closing Date is on every
10th, 20th and 30th of the month. Late orders will be deferred to next closing date.
平圴約在截止日后的4-6个星期工作天內可以收到商品。每月的十、二十及三十日为截止日， 逾期的订单将被安排至下一个截止日。
Ready stock （现货）
All Ready stock are estimated to be delivered within 3 working days within Malaysia. Sabah/Sarawak might take longer.
凡订购现货的客户可在约3工作天內收到产品。东马地区时间可能较长。
Price（标价）
Fixed Price. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
实价商品，不能仪价。但我们有权任何时候更改价格。

Payment（付款）
We will only process your order after upon receiving the full payment. Payment has to be made within 3
days or your order will be cancelled. Kindly calculate POSTAGE CHARGES by referring to
our POSTAGE detail page.
Total amount should include total order amount + total postage charges. Information on our banks are available at our How to Order page.

Postage （邮费）
There is a postage difference between Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah/Sarawak. Please refer to POSTAGE detail.
西马和东马的邮费不同，请仔细参阅本店的邮费指南 。
Refund / Stock Exchange （退款/换货/退货）
We offer 100% refund for all out of stock products. But we do not allow refund when the stock is placed at our supplier.
您所订购的包包如果缺货，我们必定100%退款。我们不允许在下了单给厂商之后的换货/退货。
Stock exchange on received product will only be given for manufacturing FAULTY (such as zip, belt and serious surface faulty). Please note that exchange item will only be
replaced by the same product, unless the said product is out-of-stock then we will either allow to be replaced with other product with same value or offering a refund.
你所收到的商品如果出现拉链问题，内外表层损坏，只接受同款換货。如果沒有同款，才可以接受換其它款式或退款。
All Refund / Stock Exchange are VALID ONLY for 3 days upon receiving of your product.
凡退款/换货/退货要求必须在收到货的3天内呈上。若超过有限期范围后我们将一概不负责任。
Please be informed that we DO NOT ALLOW refund / stock exchange to be made due to the following circumstances:

- When the product you received is different from the photo in terms of its color, accessories and material used.

- When the product you received has slight workmanship error such as sewing, cutting, joining, scratching, watermarking and improper dyeing.

All returned items‘ shipping cost shall be beared by customer.
所有换货/退货的运费一律由买家承担负责。
Others （其他）
In case of any incident happened such as out-of-stock, wrong model or delay in delivery, customer will be
informed and advised on the next expected delivery date.
若商品遇有突发状況，缺货，货不对版或无法於期限内幚你寄出，我们一定会事先进行通知。
