I am ready to buy. But how do I proceed?

Buying with us has never been so easy. You need only of 7 steps to get your favourite product! Just follow the screenshots below to understand more:

• Step 1: Choose Item(s)
  
  Choose the items you want from our catalog. Add them into shopping by clicking "Add to cart" button. Repeatedly doing this should you have more to buy.
  
  
  
  
• Step 2: Checkout
  
  Once you've done on the shopping, you may checkout by move your mouse to the top left on the page. You will see a brief summary on the items in cart. Click on the Checkout button to proceed checkout. Remember you are doing this when you have no more items to add.
  
  
  
• Step 3: Log In your account / Checkout as guest
  
  Here you may login your account to get the shipping info we want on this order. One cool thing about our checkout process is that you don't necessarily need to have an account with us. Just click to "Checkout as guest" to buy direct! It will skips all the hefty registration process. Of course checking out as guest will not give you the priviledge like our members enjoy, such as reward points earning.
  
  
  
• Step 4: Choose your shipping method
  
  When you arrive at Step 3 of the checkout process, choose your preferred shipping method. We currently offer Pos Malaysia (above 5kg only), Pos Laju, Citylink and ABX for domestic courier and TNT for International orders.
  
  
  
• Step 5: Select Payment Method
  
  At Step 4, the Payment method section, you have only one option that is to pay via Cash or Cheque deposit. You can pay with us via offline CDM/ATM transfer or even online banking transfers. Note that the bank account information is available just below this option.
  
  
  There are 3 more "bonus" you may find it handy before confirming your order. There are 1] Discount coupon code, 2] Gift certificate code and 3] Points to use columns. The 1] Discount coupon code is the promotional code given away by us from our on-going marketing campaigns. The 2] Gift certificate code is the one you buy from us to use as a cash voucher. You may also use your points to buy the items during checkout process. Just fill up the total points you wish to use in the 3] Points to use column and click Apply. Refer to the screenshot for better picture.
  
  
  So now you are done. Just check to agree our Terms and Conditions and click "Place order" button to confirm your order.
  
  
  
• Step 6: Order placed
  
  This is the final screen indicating you've placed a successful order. Here you can print your invoice or communicate with us should you have any question. You will also receive an e-mail indicating your order.
  
  
  
• Step 7: Make payment
  
  With everything done you are now going to make payment to us. Just pay to any of our bank accounts by cash/cheque and notify us via SMS (SMS to 0162292511) the below information:

Checking the order you've just placed

Now log in your member account and click on the Orders link under My Account menu. It shall list you all the current orders you have with us, together with the order status. This is where you see and check your order status.
